Job Description

The role will be office based and the Administrator will be assisting and supporting the Installations Manager in a mainly admin capacity.

Duties include:

  • Sending paperwork out to trades once the work is booked in
  • Ordering roofs and glass
  • Distributing paperwork to relevant departments as required
  • Checking and signing roof confirmations off
  • Generating customer packs for each installation
  • Assisting with Finishing Engineers diaries
  • Fielding and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Dealing with supplier enquiries
  • Inputting installation teams wages
  • General filing
  • Qualities required include:
  • Working knowledge of the Window / Conservatory industry - an advantage, but not essential
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administration
  • Orderly and methodical work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Positive bright attitude
  • Good team player

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A reasonable knowledge of the construction industry in general would be helpful but not essential.
