Installation Administrator
£ £19,000 - £20,000 a year
Job Description
The role will be office based and the Administrator will be assisting and supporting the Installations Manager in a mainly admin capacity.
Duties include:
- Sending paperwork out to trades once the work is booked in
- Ordering roofs and glass
- Distributing paperwork to relevant departments as required
- Checking and signing roof confirmations off
- Generating customer packs for each installation
- Assisting with Finishing Engineers diaries
- Fielding and dealing with customer enquiries
- Dealing with supplier enquiries
- Inputting installation teams wages
- General filing
- Qualities required include:
- Working knowledge of the Window / Conservatory industry - an advantage, but not essential
- Computer literate
- Strong administration
- Orderly and methodical work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Positive bright attitude
- Good team player
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A reasonable knowledge of the construction industry in general would be helpful but not essential.
