Job Description

We are looking for a competent individual who has a great level of IT and excellent communication skills. You will be articulate, presentable, enthusiastic, well organised and have great attention to detail. Ideal candidates will come from a service provider-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback and requests
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Preparing reports on the activities of the engineers
  • Providing costings and quotes to the Account Manager
  • Inputting of numerical data
  • Stock purchasing
  • Invoicing to the accounts department
  • Updating systems at all times regarding queries and outcomes
  • General administrative duties to Sales Director and Account Manager

Joining an established and rapidly growing team the starting salary is £21,000 pa which increases incrementally up to £25,000 per annum after the completion of 2 years’ service.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday with 30 minutes for lunch and 20 days plus bank holidays which also increases by an additional day per year of service and an additional day for a good sickness record.
