The post holder will provide a range of office and administration duties to support the Transformation and Delivery Team to ensure we work efficiently and effectively to continually improve healthcare and wellbeing for local people. Your duties will include organizing and prioritizing electronic diaries, coordinating and providing administrative support for internal and external meetings, handling incoming telephone queries, providing reception cover and other general administrative functions as required.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills together with recent demonstrable experience of working in an office environment and a good working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages.
