What Will This Role Involve?
The stock profile at Foxbridge has increased from £2.7 million to £3.7 million over the last 12 months and with this there are a high number of administrative tasks involved with keeping OSATS up to date in a rapidly changing environment.
As our Logistics Admin Support, you will be responsible for stock monitoring on critical spares and equipment for ER and for the ordering, approval and distribution of tools across the business. You will also provide day to day support for the Logistics Support Supervisor relating to the monitoring, ordering and updating of the tools database within OSATS.
Our Admin Support will be the owner of all process documentation to ensure all processes are documented and updated frequently. You’ll also liaise with external suppliers to obtain quotations for additional products and tools and process purchase orders, monitoring the delivery of goods, whilst resolving any supply issues.
