Job Description

We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our client who are a financial services organisation  who will be responsible for assisting on processing a multi sited payroll from start to finish.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting the Payroll Management Team
  • Processing a high level of weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Automatic-Enrolment processing
  • Management of client Pension Schemes
  • Working as part of a team to adhere to strict daily deadlines
  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Data entry on spreadsheets and databases
  • Weekly and monthly data reporting activities
  • PAYE tax & National Insurance related queries
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
