Ideally you will have worked within the construction industry within an admin role.
Key responsibilities:
* Dealing with the supply chain payroll and queries.
* Administer variations to contractual terms, including sending letters to staff and advising payroll.
* All general Admin support to the Site Team.
* Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure manager`s time used efficiently.
* Taking meeting minutes at every meeting.
Please note that this role is temporary contract with an immediate start available. This role is paying to £25K- £30+ company benefits.
Working hours are 8:30- 17:00 per week Monday-Friday.
