Job Description
  • Assisting with online sales order processing
  • Order management
  • Working with stock team and warehouse
  • Cancelling orders if necessary or dealing with Customers on the portal
  • Complying to company policies
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may arise in order to fulfil orders independently

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be confident using Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work accurately with attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
