Our client is a growing commercial business that are looking to add to their team with the appointment of an Administrator. The business operate in a sector that is not experiencing a downturn in business during the current climate and they are extremely busy within their accounts and administrative team. They are expecting to continue to grow at a strong rate, therefore need to bring people into the business who are driven and ambitious who are looking for a company within which they can develop and progress.
Your New Role
The role of Administrator is to support various departments of the business including the busy finance function. You will be responsible for maintaining the company database, producing reports, producing letters and emails, data entry, filing, scanning and dealing with queries over the telephone and email. You will also provide support to the finance team, posting invoices to the ledger, posting journals and producing reports.
