The successful candidate must have previous accountancy experience within Commercial Real Estate / Property Management with an understanding of RICS regulations. You will need to have experience working with a computer-based property management accounting system such as Yardi Voyager (preferred), TRAMPS or MRI Horizon (formerly Qube Horizon). You will also need to be confident with Microsoft Excel and be confident with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Our highly successful, national client who liaise with blue-chip FTSE 100 companies are looking for a Property Management Accountant to support a portfolio of commercial investors who will have both industrial and office properties - ranging anywhere from 1 property to 50.
