This role might suit either a high calibre and ambitious senior or an experienced manager that is perhaps currently frustrated in their existing role.
Core duties and responsibilities to include:
Manage a portfolio of clients, predominantly with turnovers up to £1m
Prepare statutory accounts and both corporate and personal tax
Supervise the workflow of junior staff
Undertake some bookkeeping assignments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be a qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) accountant Currently be working within an accountancy practice across all services lines including accounts, tax and bookkeeping Ideally have experience working with CCH and one of Sage, Xero or Quickbooks Potentially be interested in taking a more proactive role in the future of the firm and thereby taking an equity share in the business.
