Job Description
Working Hours are flexible:-
The Role:
- Managing Wholesales, Retail and Online sales report
- Printing off customer orders from the website
- Organizing picking, packaging and dispatch of customer orders
- Handling customer queries
- Refund customer returns
- Helping manage the website – sending images for listing and helping with social media
- Organizing DPD
- All related administration
- Liaising with internal departments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
MUST have experience in a similar role. Excellent organizational skills Experienced in order processing and website administration IT literate Ambitious and keen to progress Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
