Job Description

Working Hours are flexible:-

  • 3 days a week
  • 5 ½ days

The Role:

  • Managing Wholesales, Retail and Online sales report
  • Printing off customer orders from the website
  • Organizing picking, packaging and dispatch of customer orders
  • Handling customer queries
  • Refund customer returns
  • Helping manage the website – sending images for listing and helping with social media
  • Organizing DPD
  • All related administration
  • Liaising with internal departments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
MUST have experience in a similar role. Excellent organizational skills Experienced in order processing and website administration IT literate Ambitious and keen to progress Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
