Job Description

The purpose of the role will be to assist the sales team with any administration support necessary.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Updating Annual Leave records
  • Providing copy invoices and 'proof of delivery'
  • Ensuring account details are accurate and updated when necessary
  • Ordering stationary
  • Ensuring stock and pricing databases are up to date
  • Attending all in house meetings and taking minutes when necessary
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Taking responsibility for postal Marketing / Sample requests
  • Generating monthly reports
