Job Description
The purpose of the role will be to assist the sales team with any administration support necessary.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Updating Annual Leave records
- Providing copy invoices and 'proof of delivery'
- Ensuring account details are accurate and updated when necessary
- Ordering stationary
- Ensuring stock and pricing databases are up to date
- Attending all in house meetings and taking minutes when necessary
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Taking responsibility for postal Marketing / Sample requests
- Generating monthly reports
