Main Job Role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager
Building & maintaining relationships with customers
Handling a large volume of inbound calls and queries
Taking card payments over the phone
Creating new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks
Working closely as a team to ensure KPIs are achieved
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
