Job Description

A leading service provider organization in the Chorley area are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their busy team. This organization pride themselves on outstanding customer service and building excellent relationships with their customers. You will flourish working within a fast paced, vibrant team environment where you will be supported and offered training & development where required.

Main Job Role:

  • Reporting to the Credit Manager
  • Building & maintaining relationships with customers
  • Handling a large volume of inbound calls and queries
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Creating new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks
  • Working closely as a team to ensure KPIs are achieved

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills Used to working with high volume calls Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Have the hunger & passion to succeed and also exceed targets
