This is a very busy department with many elements and is ideally suited to a responsive and resilient team player that seeks continuous improvement and long term solutions to problems.
The post holder will report to the Performance and Operations Manager and be responsible for the administrative team. Staff management duties will include lead on recruitment, annual leave, sickness management and performance. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of managing teams previously.
