Job Description

The main duties of the role are as follows:

  • Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
  • Dealing with customers via telephone and email
  • Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
  • General administration duties as required
     

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer Literate. Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Have excellent communication skills. Have an understanding of Data Protection. Be able to work to your own initiative. Be able to handle challenging calls.
