• Liaise with Trustee and clients regarding pension enquires or updates
• Maintaining records from both clients and members
• Assisting in preparing annual benefit statements
• Keeping up to date with the pensions market and changes
• Professional approach to meet the needs of all members and clients to ensure the best experience
