I am looking to recruit an Experienced Projects Administrator and duties will include;
Primarily office / workshop-based position with occasional site visit required.
Compile / collate parts in preparation for dispatch to site, using drawings and parts lists as required, liaising with the design department, stores department, transport department and projects manager.
Assist with the preparation of RAMS, liaising with site teams, the design department, H&S manager and the projects manager
Ensure that all site equipment is prepared including PPE, tools and hire equipment
Support the site teams and the projects manager to ensure all objectives are met for any site work
