Working within a very progressive and growing company within a small team, duties to include:
Receiving and processing orders and managing through to delivery
Keeping customers updated regularly and managing expectations
Liaising with production and stock control to ensure orders can be fulfilled according to KPI’s
Stock control including monitoring stock levels and reporting on items which require re-ordering
Chasing stock due for delivery
Being proactive in contacting lapsed customers and following up on their current requirements
Maintaining positive business relationships with customers and relaying relevant information to sales team
Any other duties as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess excellent administration and customer service skills, having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being highly organized with a confident telephone manner and the ability to trouble shoot and think outside of the box. In addition, you will be proactive and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic, having an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
