Job Description

You will help to provide a comprehensive, high quality efficient administrative service for the clinical and medical teams. Your role will include, liaising with staff, service users, visitors and health care professionals in person and over the phone, you will demonstrate sound organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload as well as the ability to take accurate messages.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicants will have excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and be IT literate. You will be responsible for handling highly confidential information.
