Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and quoting costs for clients
  • Following up on quotations and setting up new clients on the database
  • Sending samples to clients across the UK and Internationally
  • Dealing with the import/ export documentation ensuring compliance is adhered too
  • Tracking jobs from start to finish
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of import/export processes Exceptional communication skills Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment Good attention to detail and organisation skills Able to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
