We currently have a number of extremely busy clients who are looking to recruit for experienced Receptionist/ Administrator’ to work in the company on a temporary basis.
You will be carrying out a multitude of Reception and Administration duties such as; Handling incoming calls professionally, welcoming visitors to the building, offering refreshments and helpful advice, liaising with the other staff, taking detailed messages from customers and ensuring these are passed along accordingly, taking phone calls from customers and clients dealing with a variety of calls in an effective and efficient manner and general housekeeping of the reception area. You must be fully computer literate, have a trustworthy character and be presentable as you will be the first point of contact to visitors entering the building.
