Main duties of the role:
* Responsible for processing and distributing all emails to our customers.
* Setting and implementing quality control and processing standards for all correspondence.
* Ensuring the necessary systems are updated, and data is maintained following GDPR guidelines.
* Ensuring all company paperwork is completed on-time, accurately and to set targets on efficiency and profitability.
* Reporting to and working in-sync with the Manager, to ensure all activities meet agreed targets.
* Using Salesforce and Workflow automation tools.
