Job Description

Our client is looking for a number of enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding administrative team.

This is a full-time role where the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

Given the current circumstances, you will be required to work from home. You will be provided with IT hardware and office based training sessions. You must have a strong internet connection at home and somewhere quiet to work.

Management of cases

· Loading new cases onto an internal database system.

· Requesting reports.

· Booking appointments.

· Releasing reports to clients.

Customer Service

· Liaising with clients, employees, internal staff and 3rd parties via telephone, email and letter.

· Working within company/client SLAs and notifying the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader of any difficulty in achieving these.

· Booking appointments.

· Escalating complex cases or those that are progressing slowly to relevant colleagues.

· Handling client dissatisfaction.

Desirable skills:

  • Good understanding of Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Good verbal and communication skills (phone and email). · Good IT skills to include the use of database systems and Microsoft Office applications. · Experience of working in a customer service industry. · Experience of working within an administrative background. · Excellent attention to detail.
