Job Description

This position is between 25-30 hours a week with lots of flexibility on days worked
You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Salary: £18,000
Location: Brighton
Duties will include
* Working closely with landlords, applicants, tenants and colleagues.
* Book and conduct midterm inspections
* Work closely with landlords, post inspections re any maintenance
* Oversee and manage reported maintenance from existing tenants, liaising with tradesman, landlords and tenants.
* General office admin
* The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and adapt to a developing office environment
The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
* Understanding of property/property management (not essential but would be a bonus)
* Have a good command of English grammar, spelling & punctuation
* Strong communication skills
* To work efficiently & accurately
* The ability to work to deadlines
* Be able to produce neat, well presented work
* Have a flexible and adaptable approach
* Be discreet & tactful - may have to deal with confidential information
* Deal promptly with complaints and record accurately in accordance with the companies procedures
* A full clean driving license would be beneficial but not essential
