Job Description

The role itself is a linux infrastructure based role, operating out of their office in Oldham, and you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the server which provides the platform for the organization’s online games, ensuring that their online base operates smoothly and effectively.

The technical requirements for this role include knowledge of Red Hat Linux Administration, Microsoft SQL & Apache/Tomcat, while team management experience is beneficial. They are looking for someone who has been employed in a fast paced, process oriented environment in a Support, or System Administration role.

The team you will join consists of a Junior DevOps Engineer and a Lead Engineer who you will work alongside to ensure the stability of the internal infrastructure, while you will also liaise with the game developers and testers.
