Job Description

Role Responsibility:

  • Data processing to sales order database (SAP)
  • Produce order acknowledgement and send to customer (SAP)
  • Shipping administration and liaison with carriers to set up export and UK shipments and. ensuring goods meet order requirement, any special shipping terms are complied with and consignment is correctly labelled
  • Completion of shipping related documentation including Letter of Credit, export licence applications, EUR1 etc.
  • Liaison with all other departments - manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, accounts, etc

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in office administration essential
  • Excellent communicator - written and verbal
  • Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes with knowledge of SAP
  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organised
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as both a team member and in a stand-alone position
  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner
  • Knowledge of Export/IPR/Customs procedures
  • Car driver essential

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in office administration essential
