Job Description
Responsibilities
Customer documentation
Funder pay-outs
Maintaining good customer records
Liaising with dealers to chase invoice and delivery paperwork
Raising & sending relevant finance documents to the customer
Compiling deals to send to funders
Ensuring deals are fully up to date on in-house CRM system
Sending Correspondence
Handling general in contract queries/customer service
Work with supervision of Admin Manager
Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers
Good computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Desired skills
Experience of email marketing, template coding and automation
Working knowledge of SEO and best practice principles
Any design skills would be an asset
Desired personal skills
Hard working and motivated individual.
Have a basic understanding of what is meant within the renewable industry.
Outgoing and willing to learn.
