Senior IFA Administrator / Team Manager
Job Description
To apply for the role you will have at least 3-5 years' experience of supporting an IFA Team as well as managing / supervising others. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day oversight and management of the administration team, as well as holding regular 1:1 meetings with individuals. This aside, the successful Candidate will also perform the usual duties of an IFA Administrator, and therefore should be confident when processing new business. You will be a strong user of I.O, and well as the usual Provider Platforms.
Reporting into the Compliance and Operations Manager;
- Overseeing and processing of new business
- Proactive ongoing client management
- Servicing existing business
- Platform based work
- Illustrations & regular contact directly with clients & wrap/platform providers
- Responsible for the day to day oversight and management of the administration team
- To act as first point of contact for queries, manage workloads within the team and identify training needs and areas for continuous improvement
- To hold regular one to one meetings with individuals
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
They require someone professional with the confidence to support the Chartered Financial Planners / Directors.
