Any admin for the Payroll Services team including monthly filing
Answering the telephone and assisting where possible or directing calls to other team members
Resetting of password access for employees
Issuing of P45s on a monthly basis
Assist with the resolution of any payroll related queries for UK Group Companies and employees, and reacting to urgent cases
Liaise with other divisions and HR department to collate all relevant payroll data for input on a monthly basis
Assist with the production of monthly payroll for UK Group Companies on a timely and accurate basis
Accurate entry of data into the payroll system under instruction
Liaising with HR on any pay related issues
General Ad hoc finance functions and reporting
To undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by their line manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Suitable candidates will have previous experience within an administrative role and have a desire to learn all aspects of payroll undertaking necessary training with the potential to gain recognised qualifications in Payroll. You will also be highly numerate and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy combined within good communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel is also essential.
