You will be responsible for:
· Contribute to project commercial strategies
· Take ownership for all labour, vendor, plant and sub- contract packages
· Develop relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, customers and consultants
· Ensure that the procurement process has best value principles
· Demonstrate clear understanding of relevant sub-contract T&C's
· Deliver accurate and meaningful cash flow & cost forecasting information
· CVR reporting
· Contribute to relevant project procurement strategies
· Maximise project value
· Manage and complete relevant sub-contract and main contract contractual records including the production of timely interim and final account information with variation management
· Maximise opportunities and minimise risks
· Agree progress claims with the client's representative and invoice
· Measurement and valuation of sub-contractor
· Attend pre-start and progress meeting
· Provide monthly reporting information
· Final Accounting
