Job Description

The Role:

  • Check, code and enter invoices on computerised accounting system
  • Oversee authorisation of invoices
  • Pay invoices via BACS or by cheque
  • File invoices and statements
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Deal with purchase ledger enquiries
  • Process staff expenses and ad hoc payments
  • Monthly aged creditor reconciliation
  • Monthly bank reconciliation

The Person:

  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Available to start immediately
  • Happy working in a temporary position
  • Happy to a DBS check to be undertaken

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is essential that you have experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
