Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job Description
The Role:
- Check, code and enter invoices on computerised accounting system
- Oversee authorisation of invoices
- Pay invoices via BACS or by cheque
- File invoices and statements
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Deal with purchase ledger enquiries
- Process staff expenses and ad hoc payments
- Monthly aged creditor reconciliation
- Monthly bank reconciliation
The Person:
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Available to start immediately
- Happy working in a temporary position
- Happy to a DBS check to be undertaken
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is essential that you have experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
