* To process & oversee the weekly/Monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
* To produce information for PAYE, Pension and other deductions , RTI & year end returns and ensure that they are paid on time
* To ensure payroll is coded correctly to the nominal ledger for auto postings
* To provide reports as requested to management accounts teams
* To provide support to the finance management team as and when required
* To assist with any ad hoc payroll systems changes
* In liaison with the Payroll Manager ensure that all accounting and payroll records are kept up to date and accurate
* To ensure financial procedures are followed by staff to enable prompt payments to suppliers and management of cash flow
* To process monthly payroll and ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time
* Payment of all government taxes, and other deductions are paid on due dates
* To provide payroll reports as requested
* To supervise payroll team
