Responsibilities of the role:
• As HSEQ Manager you will be expected to work closely with all levels within the business to ensure compliance and to promote cultural change.
• Bring innovation and improvement to the business and strive for improvement
• The role reports to both the Operational and HSE Heads so it is important that the candidate has excellent communication skills.
• The role will support contract bids and tender / PQQ’s accurate written skills are vital.
• Regularly conduct safety presentations and support teams in delivering these
• Ensure all environmental permits are in place and remain up to date

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or equivalent level 3 qualification • Technical Member of IOSH • Min of Internal Auditor in a one or more of 9001, 18001 or 45001 • 2 years minimum in a similar HSE role • Knowledge of CDM 2015 • Working knowledge of ISO 45001 • Experience of working in a construction and or rail environment • Environmental Qualification (IEMA)
