We are looking for a confident administrator to join an innovative business on an ongoing temporary basis. Within this role you will be providing administrative assistance to the Office Manager predominantly as well as various other members of staff in various aspects of office, including: Facilities, Finance, HR & Health & Safety.
Along with being the first point of contact for the office via the phones, you will also be supporting the ShareOwl Process (electronic time recording system) along with managing all purchases, hire cars, accommodation and mileage sheets.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Excel and also have the ability to manage and prioritise workloads, whilst meeting deadlines at all times.
Being a strong team player who is both flexible and approachable is essential, along with good communication across all levels.
