In the role of Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
Processing orders from customers via phone, email, fax, and through our web portal and directly input onto our CRM System
Ensuring correct prices and discounts are in place
Taking queries regarding products and stock levels
Checking orders are despatched and invoiced daily
Working closely with internal departments to coordinate sales
Dealing with any issues in relation to customers' orders and deliveries
Processing all order documentation and liaising with freight forwarders
Arranging deliveries and handling shipping requests
Administrative duties as required to back up the Sales function including filing, inputting, post etc.
Assist the Sales Team where necessary by taking messages when they are unavailable
Taking credit card payments
