Job Description

In the role of Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders from customers via phone, email, fax, and through our web portal and directly input onto our CRM System
  • Ensuring correct prices and discounts are in place
  • Taking queries regarding products and stock levels
  • Checking orders are despatched and invoiced daily
  • Working closely with internal departments to coordinate sales
  • Dealing with any issues in relation to customers' orders and deliveries
  • Processing all order documentation and liaising with freight forwarders
  • Arranging deliveries and handling shipping requests
  • Administrative duties as required to back up the Sales function including filing, inputting, post etc.
  • Assist the Sales Team where necessary by taking messages when they are unavailable
  • Taking credit card payments
