Duties will involve :
Processing of client sales orders onto SAP
Light invoicing duties
Working efficiently within CRM
Dealing with enquiries from internal departments and clients
Processing credits, sales returns and warranty replacement goods
Maintaining the department in box enquiries
Updating the internal CRM system
Ensurimg that orders re deliver to the client on time
Liaising with clients and area managers
General administration duties.
Processing of purchase orders to factories and third party suppliers
