Working a 40 hour week, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing Procurement transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
Duties include:
Match Goods Received notes to purchase orders accurately
Ensure order specification is correctly understood before raising orders
Review Purchase order requests to ensure consistent with previous similar orders
Liaise with staff to ensure a free flow of information about expected goods receipts
Assist Procurement Supervisor in the production of Procurement statistics
Other relevant administration
