Job Description

We are looking for a recently qualified ACA looking for their first or second move from practice. This is the opportunity to join a FTSE 100 retail company, based in the North West.

Reporting to our Head of Group Reporting, this will prove to be a highly visible technical role where responsibilities will be across all aspects of financial reporting including;

• Consolidation
• Lease Accounting
• Tax
• Treasury
• Statutory Reporting, including PLC accounts and National Statistics
• CSR, including greenhouse gas reporting, pay gap analysis etc
• Projects as and when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Recently Qualified ACA (first time into or second mover from industry) Knowledgeable and confident with technical accounting standards (IFRS) A self-starter and be happy to get into the detail of the accounts Show excellent attention to detail and skilled in producing required documents Able to meet strict deadlines Sharp, on the ball and be able to quickly adapt to working to the pace of a retail business
