Job Description

Main Responsibilities/Duties of the Job

  1. To support the payroll function on all aspects of administration.
  2. Assistance in the input of payroll data to meet audit requirements
  3. Assistance in processing various statutory forms for example: P45s, Starter Declarations, Student Loans, P60, and P11d’s. Comply with the requirements for Auto Enrolment and Real Time Information.
  4. Liaise proactively with HR colleagues to ensure that all HR administration tasks are completed effectively in time for payroll deadlines.
  5. Print letters, tables, reports and other materials as appropriate.
  6. Responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks for the portfolio of schools have been completed prior to payroll deadlines
  7. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data held on behalf of our customers, dealing with and escalating any concerns as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Five  9 - 5 GCSEs  including Maths and English,  or equivalent Ability to work to deadlines and thrive within a fast-paced environment Strong relationship building skills across all levels with internal and external stakeholders Willingness to continually learn and develop as an individual Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure to strict deadlines
