We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution focused, committed and experienced administrator who is an excellent communicator, organized and able to work well under pressure. The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to teams of healthcare professionals. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organizational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills. They will be responsible for managing and prioritizing their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative. You must be able to take direction and work well with staff of all grades medical and non-medical.
The post holder will be required to work as part of the citywide service in collaboration with the other administrative staff working within the Crisis Response Team; this may involve covering other localities during times of leave, sickness and/or maternity leave.
