Job Description
The role is on a temporary ongoing basis initially for 6 months
£10 per hour working either 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm Mon - Fri
Daily duties include:
- Supporting the Manager with administration
- Using word and excel daily
- Mail merges
- Producing and issuing a variety of documentation
- Liaising with customers and internal staff over the phone and via email
- Updating calendars
- Diary management
- Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comfortable with Word & Excel and the experience of mail merges.
