As the Learning and Development Coordination Administrator Apprentice you will be part of a fast-paced team which supports the performance and career development of everyone in our organization. You will have experience of providing detailed and thorough administration support, ideally to an L&D/HR team and able to accurately manage a learning management system (we currently use Totara).
The successful candidate will need to manage competing priorities and stakeholders to meet tight deadlines, whilst providing customer service excellence as we plan, deliver, and evaluate training and development activities across our exciting new L&D curriculum. You will be the face of our corporate induction sessions and able to deliver sessions both face to face and virtually, helping to welcome new starters into the organization and start them on the pathway to develop their careers.
A long side the day to day activities, you will also have the opportunity to complete an industry recognized qualification in the form of a level 3 apprenticeship (relevant topic to be agreed depending on your career aspirations). This will involve 20% off the job training, which will be completed in work time and funded by the organization.
