The aim of the Step Forward Service is to provide early intervention to service users who are presenting with mental health difficulties in the community. By intervening early with psychologically informed interventions we are giving people the best chance of a full and rapid recovery. The Step Forward Service is part of a wider Mersey Care 'Community Transformation Programme' (Community Excellence) and these roles will also provide support to this significant change programme.

Able to maintain and lead team communication and documentation on 'collaboration and communication' solutions (Microsoft Teams or equivalent)
Exceptional and responsive administrative support to service managers
Preparing, attending, minting and circulating information for high level meetings
Strong project documentation skills, including awareness of Project Management principles
Excellent IT skills and confidence
Ability to triangulate information from multiple sources to support managers/project managers/programme leads to make decisions
Ability to support managers to pull and understand Business Intelligence data to inform decision making
Ability to support the preparation of presentations
Creative, particularly to support the development of newsletters and other communication materials
Exceptional organization skills to ensure that the managers and programme leads are prepared, supported and reminded of upcoming commitments, such as reports, deadlines, presentations etc.
