The role would be working across all departments providing secretarial support ensuring a smooth administrative process and an exceptional service to their clients
Duties and Responsibilities
- Audio Typing any correspondence required for the Property, Litigation, Personal Injury and Family Department
- Preparing bundles for court
- Ensuring hold all documents for clients on the system
- Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries
- Managing diaries and booking appointments
- Covering reception if needed and dealing with clients face to face
- General Secretarial duties for each department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Legal Secretarial experience would be required. Flexible and a positive can do attitude. A keen eye for detail with good organization skills. The ability to priorities workload effectively and efficiently. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent typing skills.
