They currently outsource their suitability letters to a self-employed paraplanner. The mortgage Adviser has recently been promoted from an Administration role, which has left a bit of a gap in their back office function.

They need somebody to take over and get a grip of the overall admin function; from day to day queries to making sure the review process is robust. On top of that you'll have to check and manage the quality and timeliness of the work done and they need someone who can get the best out of the staff. Experienced Paraplanners can also assist with some Paraplanning duties.
