Job Description

They key responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely records of service user contact, support plans and service monitoring information ensuring contractual compliance and achieving consistently high performance.
  • Develop and facilitate training and awareness to promote positive independent living skills and promote healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collect rent/charges from service users, assist in effective rent/charges account and void management processes.
  • Assist Housing Support Coordinators in the delivery of agreed support packages for tenants
  • To prepare the rent/charges and petty cash for banking, and take to the bank/post office to pay in, following all financial and safety procedures.
  • Log and report all repairs, including emergency repairs, in line with procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Housing background is essential. Demonstrable experience of identifying and managing situations involving a level of risk. Experience as in Housing Support. Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by the project's service users. Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, safeguarding and the ability to create professional boundaries.
