Job Description
  • Manual calculations; PAYE, NI, Statutory Payments, Pensions, Manual Recalculations Reconciliations; 3rd Party payments, Pensions
  • P11d processing
  • A good understand of RTI – FPS/EPS and Apprentice Levy would be an advantage along with working knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes and TUPE transfers
  • Dealing with new starters & leaver forms
  • Contract amendments
  • Uploading timesheets on to payroll/ HR system
  • P45/P46
  • Tax code changes
  • Offering payroll advice and providing a good level of service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have experience of processing P11d’s or full knowledge of the process. Previous use of integrated payroll/HR systems would be essential. Experience working with Microsoft, SAP, Opera & Northgate would be beneficial. The right candidate will be accurate and able to work well to tight deadlines and enjoy working within a team.
