Job Description

What the Role is

  • Managing and Tracking customer service plans for current customers
  • Liaising with our Customers, answering any queries, assisting them and qualifying appointments
  • Co-ordinating  any customer complaints, from start through to completion
  • Processes; from inputting, sending correspondance, arranging call backs – no two days are the same
  • Monitoring our processes are completed by all stakeholders in the Depot

 Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday (some flexibility required)
